These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Course.link's website, dashboard, and hosted course sites (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create a creator account.

Plans and payments

• The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing section.
• Paid plans are billed per course site, monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your paid plan features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Selling courses

Creators on a paid plan can sell paid courses through Stripe or Razorpay. Payments are subject to those providers' terms and fees. As a creator, you are the seller of your courses and are responsible for your pricing, refunds to your students, taxes, and any promises you make about your content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or link to. You give us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver that content as needed to run the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Share content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or content designed to harvest personal information.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
• Resell or copy the Service without our permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Students

If you join a course as a student, your access is provided by the creator of that course. Questions about course content, pricing, or refunds should go to the creator first.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Course.link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
